Dutcher Crossing Wine Cruise
Catles Along the Rhine

Castles Along the Rhine - Itinerary

Cruise Information

There isn’t a way to go further down under than this – but after seeing the incredible landscapes, cliffs, and fiords, you’ll want to try. This voyage begins in dramatic fashion departing from scenic Sydney Harbour. In Hobart, Tasmania, you can go shopping in Salamanca Place, where many of the old warehouses once used by whalers have been converted into delightful shops.

A day in Milford Sound captures New Zealand in all of its lush green glory, followed up with an overnight stay in historic Dunedin. A shore excursion to see the iconic Flemish architecture there is one possibility. Or visit the Toitū Otago Settlers Museum and immerse yourself in local Kiwi culture. Or both. That’s what more time in port is for.

Wine lovers can raise a toast in the Marlborough wine country near Picton. And architecture enthusiasts will have plenty of photos to take while walking the Art Deco–clad streets of Napier. Before your final stop in Auckland, stop in Tauranga to see why Peter Jackson chose the area to film The Lord of the Rings. Those hobbits are Destination Immersion® experts.
